Way back in 1989, during one of the National Seminars, which he participated, Dr. Sthapati happened to meet Dr.N.Mahalingam, an eminent scholar and Industrialist, Tamil Nadu, who strongly advised him to write on the subject of Vaastu science and technology for some significant reasons. He felt that there is an urgent necessity to publish this significant spiritual science of India, so as to attract the scholars around the globe and initiate more research studies in this field. Also he opined that Tamils, though they have abundant love for Tamil culture prefer to read the English version of the science. This elderly advice motivated him to write a series of books on the science and technology of the tradition under the coveted titled 'A Shilpi Speaks'. Now after having gone through these informative works, the Tamil people have approached him to write all these works in Tamil also, so that they could capture the essence of their science based culture in their own language itself.

In the year 1986, with the official support extended under Dr.C. Aranganayakam, the then Minister for Education, Sri.Ganapati published the most exceptional work of Brahmarishi Mayan, the progenitor of Vaastu Shilpa tradition.

This work titled Aintiram dealt with the cosmic science of, energy and matter, light and sound, time and space and the grammar (ruling the manifestation of subtle energy into) gross forms in this universe. But for Sri.Ganapati's efforts, this outstanding work of cosmic science would have gone unnoticed forever. Later in the year 1997, the Vaastu Vedic Research Foundation, published yet another version of this text, with commentaries in English, which was done by Dr.S.P.Sabarathnam, Professor of Agamic science, Chennai.

The Vaastu Vedic Research Foundation of Sri.Ganapati, is also publishing a quarterly research journal titled as 'Vaastu Purusha' which takes the research views from the Foundation to various parts of the world. With a wide range of subscribers, the journal is gaining wide acclaim both within India and abroad.
